3. Geographical location
   CJSC "Crimea TITAN" is situated in the northern part of Crimea peninsula near its border with Kherson region, in the narrowest part of Crimean isthmus, on the shore of Sivash lakes, which is only 7 km away from Karakinitsky gulf of the Black Sea. It occupies the territory of 4 785 hectares.
   Situated in a steppe, Armyansk with its population of 26 000 thousand is a satellite town of the company. The company and the town are in a close interconnection with each other.
   
   

4. Production profile:
   CJSC "Crimea TITAN" is the biggest Eastern European titanium dioxide producer.
   The main activity of the company consists in manufacturing such pigment titanium dioxide grades as Crimea CR-02, Crimea CR-03, which main application is for paintwork materials and mechanical rubber goods industries, for plastics making and in many other industries. Moreover, brand new Crimea CR-О7 and Crimea CR-08 have been developed. They are applied for making paintwork materials, coatings with high atmosphere resistance and good decorative properties and also for printing ink manufacturing.
   Titanium dioxide sales amount to 90% of total sales volume. The company also produces other types of chemical products (iron oxide pigments, mineral fertilizers, sulphuric acid, aluminum sulphate, sodium aluminate, Sodium silicate, iron vitriol, phosphogypsum).
   
   

5. Production facilities:
   Titanium dioxide is manufactured in two production workshops, "Titan-1" and "Titan-2", with annual output of 40 thousand tons each.

   In 2006 the average number of employees was 4977 people. The average monthly salary per employee amounted to UAH 1484.
   
   

7. Export destinations
   Since 1999 our company is successfully doing its best to promote its products on the western markets. Today we can with certainty say that during the past 3 years CJSC "Crimea TITAN" products found their consumers on the western markets. About 80% of manufactured product is exported to the West. High quality and comparatively low prices are important factors for our western customers.
   We carry out stable and guaranteed deliveries to 53 countries worldwide, among them China, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, representatives of Asian region, and also Turkey, Italy, Germany, Iran, Brazil, Canada and Mexico. CJSC «Crimea TITAN» has a market share of about 30% in Russia.

   Our company is situated within an easy reach of highways, railway station and international sea ports on the Black Sea, which provides good logistics for worldwide deliveries.
   
   The company has its own distributors network.
   Our company has very strict requirements as for choosing distributors. Our choice is for the companies providing sustained distribution, stable prices, performing serious market research and product promotion, and finally, providing the end-users with high-level service. It allows us to monitor other manufacturer's price level thus preventing limiting sanctions for our product. This is the way we control sales activities.

   CJSC «Crimea TITAN» has an Ecological Center which is the part of the plant's structure. Every year it performs planned environmental protection activities.
